My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge… (Hosea 4:6).
Every Christian is called to live in
dominion over sickness, disease, demons and death. That’s the truth
presented to us in the Word. The reason the experience of some may not
measure up to this reality is their lack of knowledge.
God didn’t say in Hosea 4:6, My people are destroyed for "their lack of faith"; but for "the lack of knowledge." It’s not a faith problem, for faith isn’t mysterious to the child of God. There’s no Christian that lacks faith: "...according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith" (Romans 12:3). The faith that was imparted to your spirit when you were born again is powerful enough to do the impossible. What you need, is to be conscious of who you are in Christ and to build your faith through the Word.

The Lord Jesus said in Mark 16:17-18, "And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover."
Observe that He said the believing ones shall take up serpents; and if they shall drink any deadly thing, it shall have no power over them. No infection of any kind should thrive in your body because you’re a different breed; you’re peculiar (1 Peter 2:9). You’re not ordinary; you’re superior to the devil, to failure, sickness, disease, and infirmities; you’re one of a kind.
James 1:18 tells us, "Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures." You’re the first, the best, and the highest of everything that God created; you’re His glory; your life is the testimony of His grace. Cultivate a consciousness of this.
Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for giving me a life that is superior to sickness, disease and infirmities. I walk in the reality of your truth concerning me, conscious that I’m sanctified and preserved from all evil by your power, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
